LITC’s primarily supports Young People and Families throughout the UK. LITC works with those interested in Citizenship & Democracy; Volunteering; Mentoring; Apprenticeships; and long term Unemployed Family members.LITC also works with a range of different groups within the Young People and Families banner, including: ‘hard-to-reach’; BAME; Young Ex-offenders; NEETs; customers with Disabilities; and Over 50s. LITC also supports the inter-generational unemployed, especially Families.

LITC employs a dedicated team of Advisors and Mentors, who provide an individual service to all individuals, families and communities we work with. All participants receive an intensive assessment upon visiting LITC for the first time, where their situation and needs are considered and reviewed, identifying a bespoke action plan. This is then followed up by regular interviews, skills development activities, training, as well as any other service identified during their assessment.We operate a drop-in policy and our doors are open to anyone for consultation during our opening hours.
