Quality Assurance

LITC is committed to ensuring a high quality service is maintained throughout our organisation. We have a robust quality improvement plan (QIP) that is constantly updated to ensure it is relevant and fit for purpose. The QIP relies on the feedback we receive from our service users and learners, staff and assessors, funders and auditors, as well as stakeholders and other external agencies.

LITC is a Matrix Standard accredited organisation. The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of high quality information, advice and/or guidance that supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.

LITC also operates in line with the National Apprenticeship Services (NAS) Apprenticeship Training Agency operating framework. We comply with the NAS framework and Skills Funding Agency (SFA) requirements. We adhere to our Funders quality, risk and health and safety standards. LITC has mobilised the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) standards pertaining to the employment of apprentices. LITC complies with all employment legislation and laws, including those pertaining to privacy, freedom of information and trade practices.
