Apprenterships

An apprenticeship is a pathway into the modern work environment for any individual aged 16 or older, offering a launchpad to earn a wage alongside achieving nationally recognised qualifications and accreditations, through on the job training and coaching from experienced industry specialists. 

We offer a range of apprenticeships to a wide range of sectors and specialisms. LITC has a proud history of working alongside our local community and London employers to deliver contextualised apprenticeships that meet London and national skills gaps, improve performance and support apprentices to progress quickly within their industry. 

Do you qualify?

In order to undertake an apprenticeship you will need to satisfy the following criteria; 

  • Must be 16+
  • Must be employed with a contract of employment for at least 30 hours (Or have a firm offer of employment)
  • Must not be enrolled on another educational programme
  • Have been e a citizen of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), or have lived in the UK or EEA for the past 3 consecutive years. 

If you currently do not have a job, the National Apprenticeship Service website www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship advertises apprenticeship opportunities with a wide variety of organisations and within numerous sectors.
