LITC is a pioneering NGO mobilising the power of Sport to empower our local Communities. LITC offers International Youth projects, Volunteering, Skills development and Apprenticeships in a range of dynamic training qualifications.
Apprenticeships involve the integration of employment and training leading to an industry sector qualification at the end. LITC specialises in bespoke apprenticeship programmes, for young people looking to improve themselves. Our dynamic Apprenticeship programmes, incorporates sector-specific accredited training in a supportive environment.
LITC delivers Erasmus+ European-based Traineeships. Our current programme, EVROPA is open to all Apprentices aged 16 to 24 years of age. EVROPA involves a 21 day traineeship in Prague, Czech Republic. EVROPA is a free traineeship incorporating work placement; training; language learning; and will contribute to your Apprenticeship qualification through the EU’s European Credit system (ECVET).
EU Sportastic! encourages young people to participate in a Youth Exchange between the UK and Hungary, focusing on: increasing Sport participation; increasing Work-focused skills; and developing young people’s understanding of Culture on a local, national and EU-level.

Youth Development Through Football
YDthruF will mobilise adapted Football activities in: Lambeth; Southwark; Wandsworth, to support over 100young people aged 16 to 24 to develop their Football techniques, Life and Work-based skills, increase their awareness of STIs and their participation in their local communities. YDthhruF will mobilise a programme of four 10 weeks sessions of Football, Skills and Personal development activities for 25 young people identified living in these districts. YDthruF project will involve;Football Techniques, Skills Development, Qualification.
Sports Coaching In West Africa Cameroon
Sports’ coaching overseas is not only a great way for sports enthusiasts to share their passion and experience, it is also a great way to motivate children and give them life skills. Contribute your time and energy to coaching enthusiastic kids and help expand their horizons through sport. Many children in disadvantaged communities in Cameroon have limited opportunity for sporting activities; most academic institutions mainly focus on scholastic development rather than through sports. Active participation in sports is necessary for physical development and important in learning social and life skills. Use your sporting skills and passion to change these young people’s lives and send them on to a better future.
LITC also specializes in delivering high quality training. All of courses are tailored according to the participants needs. They are designed and delivered by highly experienced practitioners. LITC also delivers Foundation Qualifications in Health & Social Care, including the Common Induction Standards and NCFE accredited Access to Social Care courses.

LITC's Apprenticeship programmes are for 16 to 24 year olds.
